I am a multiethic specialist in the concept of diversity. My doctoral study is entitled, Multiethnic Perspectives on Leadership and Diversity in Organizations. I am determined to teach the findings yielded by my study to the masses in the form of books. I am currently writing full-time; working on a series of books on diversity.
My ideal job title is Author. Job titles over the last 16 years include: teacher, dean of students, community educator, assistant director of education, and dean of academics.

The job search process is tedious and frustrating and I hate it. It's difficult to find the right "fit."

Worst job was telemarketing!

Worst boss. Overbearing, control freak whose ego constantly overshadowed, thus obstructed attainment of the goal or vision.

The leader sets the tone. Don't make it about you; focus on the goal and the population served.
