questions or doubts about job search process?

I don't have any really because I love my current postition. It affords me a voice and the connection to others. Through the Training and Development of others, I feel that I am able to sincerely make a difference.

hardest or worst job you ever worked?

Waiting tables in heels on Sunday.

your worst boss - what were his/her tricks?

Taking undeserved credit and passing the buck. I expect a leader to stand beside me and to share in the praise, just as the team is there for comfort in defeat.

best career advice you ever recieved?

The first person you lead is you, so set the bar--by example--high. The difference between an obstacle and an opportunity is your attitude.

worst career advice you received?

Just wait around for things to happen. Promotions will come in time.

what are you looking for in your next job?

The same freedom and ability to influence others and make a difference that I have in my current position.
