I am an African American male living in Metro Atlanta. I graduated from Morehouse College in Atlanta Georgia. Happily married with three children. I am a recruiter/sourcer and love to cook.

what is your current, past or ideal job title?

I am currently working as a contract recruiter for The Home Depot corporate in Atlanta GA. I am responsible for finding diversity store manager candidates particularly in the Northern and North Eastern parts of the US.

Managing for the Chicago Tribune Newspaper...suit by day and paper by night...

your worst boss - what were his/her tricks?

Don't believe in bad name dropping, but this boss loved to cause pit bull fights amongst his employees. No one could trust one another for even the simplest tasks.

best career advice you ever recieved?

Save your money, because pensions don't exist anymore. Be loyal to yourself and be resolved that hardwork is selfsatisfying regardless of how the company walks all over you.

worst career advice you received?

Not to follow your heart. Your day will go by faster and the experience priceless.

what are you looking for in your next job?

To build better relationships and networking. I am also looking for long term employment and less contracting.
